Refunds and Returns

GENERAL RETURNS

If you wish to return an item for whatever reason, please contact us within 14 days after delivery. Once you've let us know, you will need to return the item within 14 days to receive your refund. Refunds are dependent on the return of goods in the condition that they were despatched in, ie, unworn and with tags still attached.
Once we receive the returned item, we'll refund the price you paid for the item, plus the original postage. You will need to pay return shipping by a trackable method.

In the unlikely event that I have shipped the wrong item, I will refund your entire purchase and shipping in both directions. Please contact me immediately for instructions.

DAMAGES

Whilst we take every care to make sure that your purchase is well packed to ensure it's safe arrival, in the rare instance where your item is damaged in the post please inform us immediately. We are happy to replace or refund damaged items.
When processing claims for damaged goods we will require photos of both the damage to the parcel and of the item inside, so that we can begin insurance claims with Royal Mail.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Due to the personalised nature of custom orders (made to measure and/or custom designed) we cannot accept returns for these items. As such we highly recommend, in the case of made to measure, that when supplying personal measurements, that these be as accurate as possible, and do not rely on using your usual clothing size that you are familiar with. If you're not sure how to take your own measurements please let us know, as we'd be happy to help you so you get a perfect fit.
