Shipping policy

We ship worldwide!

For UK buyers shipping is via Royal Mail's Signed For service or Special Delivery for higher priced items
All other countries are via Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed For service.
All our shipping comes with tracking and insurance as standard.

PROCESSING TIMES

A few of our items are usually shipped on the next working day after payment is received, but as many of our designs are Made To Order, the processing time is shown on the listing.
If for any reason there is a delay in shipping your item we will let you know as soon as possible.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times given are approximate- customs, extreme weather, and other events outside our control can sometimes cause delays.

Within the UK- 1 to 2 business days
Europe- 3 to 5 business days
US/ Canada- 5 to 7 business days
Rest of the World= 10 to 20 business days

CUSTOMS CHARGES

For buyers outside of the UK, please remember that you might be charged Customs/ Duty tax on your purchase when it enters your country, and that you are responsible for payment of these taxes. Please check your country's import policies if you are not already familiar with them before buying.

US buyers- we can now ship to the US again with tariffs pre-paid for you, so they go through Customs smoothly. Tariff costs are rolled into your postage, hence why they look a bit more expensive!

EU buyers- we're still trying to find a suitable IOSS solution for our website, but in the meantime any orders can still be made through our Etsy shop.

REDELIVERY

When making your purchase please make sure you provide your full, correct address. We reserve the right to charge postage for redelivery outside of the UK for any packages returned to us because of incorrect delivery addresses supplied by the buyer, or because they haven't been collected from your local post office.
If the mistake is our fault though you will not be charged for redelivery.
